Last updated: August 5, 2026

Use this URL in App Store / installer / product listings for this surface. The master Privacy Policy is controlling; this page highlights product-specific processing.

Scope

Native macOS AI command center (Ghostty terminal, workspaces, agent chat, local tools).

Information this product may collect

  • Account email / session tokens when you sign in to Clavue membership
  • Optional crash / diagnostic metadata (app version, OS version) if you enable reporting
  • Update checks (version feed metadata only — not project source)
  • Cloud device pairing identifiers when you enable Mobile Link / phone-link
  • Chat prompts and tool-call summaries sent through membership gateway when you use cloud models

What stays local by default

  • Workspace layouts, terminal scrollback, local file paths, and seatbelt / tool approvals stay on your Mac unless you explicitly send them via agent tools or cloud sync features you turn on
  • SSH keys and local secrets are not uploaded by the product for advertising

Third parties involved

  • Upstream inference providers configured for Clavue membership (prompts only when you chat)
  • Payment processors for plan purchases (no full card numbers stored by us)
  • CDN / hosting for download and update feeds

How we use it

  • Provide sign-in, sync, cloud models, updates, and abuse prevention.
  • Meter membership quotas and process payment receipts (no full card numbers).
  • Content safety (including image policy) and legal compliance.
  • We do not process this product’s personal data for sale to advertisers.
