Terms of Service
Last updated: August 3, 2026
These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Clavue for use of the Clavue Service (website, chat.clavue.com, api.clavue.com, Clavue Mobile, imux, and related products). If you disagree, do not use the Service.
1. Accounts and eligibility
- You must have legal capacity to contract and provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, including API keys, device grants, and generated content.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for security, abuse, or legal reasons.
2. License and product scope
We grant a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service under these Terms. imux desktop is also subject to the EULA; Mobile is subject to app-store rules and these Terms.
3. Membership, quota, and payment
- Free and paid quotas are shared across official Chat, API, Mobile, and imux surfaces (as described in product docs).
- Paid orders, once activated, are generally non-refundable for digital services except where required by law.
- Pricing, quotas, and model lists may change; material changes will be announced on the site or account UI.
4. Acceptable use & content safety
You must not use the Service for illegal activity, IP infringement, harassment, malware, CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, glorifying extreme violence, sensitive political deepfakes, or undermining platform security. Full rules: Acceptable Use Policy。
For image generation/edit we apply automated prompt safety (industry-aligned) and may refuse or filter violating requests; repeated violations may lead to rate-limits or bans.
5. Generated content & IP
- To the extent permitted by law, you retain rights in lawful inputs; outputs may be used by you subject to these Terms and applicable law.
- You warrant that inputs do not infringe third-party rights or include unauthorized personal data.
- Model outputs may be inaccurate; you must verify important information. The Service is provided “as is”.
6. Image provenance
For compliance and abuse response, generated images may carry account-level provenance metadata (in-file markers and server records). See Privacy Policy · Image provenance。
7. API and automation
When using api.clavue.com, keep keys secret and never publish them. Automated use remains subject to Acceptable Use and rate limits.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages; aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to fees you paid us in the prior twelve months (unless mandatory law requires otherwise).
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion. We may terminate access for breach, abuse, or legal requirements. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
10. Governing law
Subject to mandatory consumer protections, these Terms are governed by the laws of the place of the operating entity. Parties should first seek amicable resolution.
