Scope

Clavue chat / Imagine mobile app (package com.clavue.xw): cloud chat, image studio, membership.

Information this product may collect

  • Account profile (email, display name), membership plan and usage
  • Chat messages and attachments you send for model responses
  • Image generation / edit prompts, outputs, and provenance metadata (hashes, request ids)
  • Device identifiers for session security and update checks
  • Voice input audio while a voice session is active (processed to text / model input, not sold)

What stays local by default

  • On-device composer drafts may be cached until sent or cleared
  • Downloaded images you save to the photo library are under your device OS privacy controls

Third parties involved

  • Upstream inference and image models via Clavue membership gateway
  • Payment providers for subscriptions
  • Apple / Google store services when distributed through stores

How we use it

  • Provide sign-in, sync, cloud models, updates, and abuse prevention.
  • Meter membership quotas and process payment receipts (no full card numbers).
  • Content safety (including image policy) and legal compliance.
  • We do not process this product’s personal data for sale to advertisers.

Sign out in account settings, disable optional diagnostics, request account deletion, or exercise access / correction / export rights where applicable. Contact support@clavue.com.
